In Mumbai, she has led real estate projects focused on revitalizing old buildings and unlocking their potential for modern use. In New York, she is a licensed real estate professional, actively involved in residential house flipping across the U.S. Avani is also a member of the Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO) in New York, deepening her engagement within the business and real estate communities.

Beyond architecture and real estate, sustainability is at the core of Avani’s philosophy. An advocate for veganism, she embraces it as a forward-thinking lifestyle and has trained as a plant-based chef in California.
